No, I don't know. I'm not spoiling... because I don't know. But it seems as though they're taking bets. From TVGuide.com:

YOU BET YOUR LIFE: As FX's Nip/Tuck prepares to unmask the Carver this evening, the latest reader poll at Jack Myers' MediaVillage.com has Quentin leading the pack of suspects (with 28.8 percent of the vote), while the latest odds from BetMaker.com have Dr. Costas paying 5-to-2, Christian 8-to-1, Kit 7-to-2, Joan Rivers 11-to-4, and Gina Russo is even money.

MediaVillage.com makes an argument that The Carver is Liz: http://www.mediavillage.com/jmentr/2005/12/14/jmer-12-14-05/

(Personally, I don't believe it's Liz).

Fen shared a link for a LJer who makes a convincing case for Kimber:

And I thought that a strong case could be made for Matt since a reveal that Matt is that batshit crazy would throw Shawn, Christian and Julia totally for a loop (but then I double guess thinking that Matt is a little TOO obvious).

Media Village goes on to say:
One of Television's Most Gripping Mysteries Will Come to an End [tonight], when Nip/Tuck Reveals the Identity of The Carver

Who is The Carver? The identity of the masked serial slasher who has been terrorizing characters on FX's Nip/Tuck since late last year has been one of television's most compelling mysteries, second only to the ongoing question about whatever the heck is going on over at that island on ABC.

After twelve months of ongoing teases spanning two seasons, FX has stated that the identity of The Carver will be revealed [tonight] during the show's two-hour third season finale (specifically, during the second hour, which will be telecast December 20 at 11 p.m. ET). Advance word from the network states that the psycho, who has slashed the faces of most of his or her victims, raped several and murdered at least one, will go on a "slashing binge" and attack a sorority house. Christian will also learn the fate of his fiancée Kimber, whom he believes left him standing at the altar, but who was actually kidnapped and disfigured by The Carver. {Me: Or has she? I've seen several people postulating "A Beautiful Mind"-like twist on that one. Then again, is that one twist too many in the "what happened to Kimber?" tale? I don't know.}

For those who may not know, The Carver at first sneaks up on his or her victims and injects them with a paralyzing agent that leaves them instantly immobilized. Then the carving begins, often with cuts to the victim's face that dramatically widens his or her smile. "Beauty is a curse on the world," The Carver tells all victims.

So who is the killer? During a press conference with members of the Television Critics Association last summer, Nip/Tuck creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy, who wrote and directed the final hour of next week's two-hour presentation (actually two separate episodes telecast back to back, beginning at 10 p.m. ET), revealed that the killer is a character viewers already know. Fans have been feverishly debating the possibilities on the Internet ever since [...]No matter the outcome, the people who create this show are certain not to disappoint. When The Carver's mask is removed, expect one of the most shocking revelations ever. Did somebody say Sean?
