Writercon

Since I'm still working hellish hours, when I come home from work I tend to be a bum.  Because of that I've taken to the brain candy of fan vids.  I decided to burn an eclectic mix of vids from various fandoms to hand in at writercon since they were looking for vids.  I have plenty from AtS, BtVS, Dr. Who, and even LOST and BSG.  However, since I don't watch and know virtually nothing about Veronica Mars, SG,  and Firefly, I was wondering if someone could direct me to a decent source of fan vids or a particularly good vid for any of those (not YouTube as they need to be downloadable to burn).  A great Spangel vid would also be a great find.


One thing I've noticed while doing so is that Dr. Who vids tend to be happy.  Even when they're tragic, there's something happy about them.  Farscape apparently makes the most breathtaking vids because of the grandiose/operatic nature of the show. There are tons of simply gorgeous Farscape vids.  By contrast, BtVS looks far more set bound.  And... I even burned one Bangel vid which made me look at the Spuffy vids differently.  I had thought that SMG had looked really... well...remote in many Spuffy vids and had concluded that it was her latter season ennui.  Then, I saw the Bangel vid and it's  the same way.  I suppose it's just SMG.  Or maybe it's just the contrast in expressiveness between SMG, Claudia Black, and Billie Piper that simply makes SMG look more remote in comparison. 

Anyway, any suggestions for a Veronica Mars, SG1 or SG-Atlantis, Spangel, or a Firefly vid?
