Lost Thoughts
For a Jack centric ep, I actually rather liked this one. I liked "Zeke" showing up out of the blue with his ultimatum. I liked Jack's wife calling Jack on his "you will ALWAYS have to have something to control fix. And I smell a Sawyer centric ep brewing what with
1) Locke calling Sawyer on his assumed name.
2) Jack mentioning the no doubt misleading "I love you."
3) Sawyer calling the "other" Zeke.

I also loved the Charlie/Hurley scene over the albums. Very cute.

And finally, Jack going to Rambina and wanting to know how to build an army. Jack, you better watch your step.


Project Runway
1) Hee to Robert showing up int he postman's outfit! And, hee, with his claiming to be Jay.
2) I never for a moment bought into the "I'm ready to 'aut' Santino" -- no way are they getting rid of the famewhore despite his turning in yet another ass ugly outfit. What on EARTH is with Santino and make some poor woman's hips look huge?
3) Nick was extremely cute going all skate-geek over designing for Sacha Cohen.
4) Emmett in pink and Tim Gunn on ice! ROFL!
4) I thought Chloe's outfit was pretty and that Zulema's was a bit TOO bare (I also liked Nick's outfit).
5) Santino's struck me as flaming ass ugly and would make any poor skater's hips and butt look ginormous.
6) And next week Jay! Squee!

Santino sucks. God, I cannot stand that guy, and I was so hoping that they'd give him the boot this time!

Santino is definitely being kept in by the producers for drama. Not only is designing some really ugly clothes, he's designing the same ugly way every week. Nothing said gets through to him. Emmett was perhaps dull; but Santino was ugly - again. Time to drop him. Maybe that's what Jay is for.

But Tim on ice! Groovy! And Heidi is much more enjoyable this year. She's relaxed and enjoying it much more. I can watch for Tim & Heidi.

I was a little annoyed that once again Jack made a series of bad decisions (cutting Kate out of the rescue for no good reason, taking off like an idiot and running straight into a firefight) and no one seems to notice. OTOH his final conversation with Ana-Lucia shows a small amount of brains. Unfortunately the answer to his question is "two to three years minimum" and an army isn't what they need right now anyway--they need information. They need spies and surveillance, and they should have been trying for that from the moment they realized the Others were hostile.
