Rescheduling leads to shopping

shipperxSo my nephew rescheduling his wedding leads to my having to shop for multiple outfits (and take vacation time) for the 'destination' wedding (I used quotes because the destination is only Rosemary Beach (or Seaside, or Seagrove. I'm not sure which. It's 30a anyway, so we're talking driving distance and, since my sis and I have dogs, mom and I (and other extended family that might need it ) will stay at my sister's beach house with the dogs. That's only about a 20 min commute from Rosemary Beach).
Bride's request is for family to wear tuxes or full length formal (preferably in neutrals) for the wedding. So... shopping. Sis and I were scouring the Internet last night sending pics and links to each other. Idea pics behind the cut.
I sent this one to sis. She's always a sucker for bling.
She in turn sent this for me (though when I looked it up its $150 more than my budget so unless I happen across it on consignment, I won't get it
In more of my budget range, I found these.
I think she thought the black was too dark b/c she never commented on it (and she happened to be out at the Greek festival with nephew and bride, so it probably got bride reviewed).
Plus, she thought the gray one was too dark for what the bride requested, and if it was then the black definitely was.
My Sis, niece, and the bride are all brunettes. But Being pale and blonde 'nude' colors usually wash me out.
So I'm searching for something a bit more subdued than black, I guess.
I also liked this one but no one local venue seems to carry it.
Then comes the fact that it's a beach wedding... In November. Who knows the temp! So, I'm thinking of ordering a pashmina shawl (color depending upon dress.
