::raises hand meekly:: But what's with the super-dark hair? Why do older men insist on dyeing it jet-black when it just makes them look like Robert Goulet -- or worse, Will Ferrell playing Robert Goulet? The only man who could ever pull off that hair color was Elvis, and even he looked a little dicey there in the end.

Don't these guys know the hairdressing rule "going lighter makes you look younger?" I don't know; I think JM looked better with the brown hair he had in that Northern Exposure episode. Or the last William wig he wore on AtS.

I've always preferred him with sandy hair, also. Then again, if he listened to me he's step way, way, way back on the hair gel.

If he listened to me, not only would his hair not be dark, dark, dark brown, it wouldn't be straight as a stick. I love the curls, and I'll bet a lot of women agree with me. He keeps saying that nobody in Hollywood wants to see curls on a man over 30, but he must actually mean no MEN in Hollywood want to see the curls. I think the women would vote in favor of curly hair on him.

It looks like he's recovered from the last years on BtVS/AtS. He really started to look his age, especially on AtS. Bad lighting, I guess. I love the dark, straight hair.
