She seems to be doing okay. She met me in the kitchen when I came home. Her tail was up and she was requesting treats. Hopefully she was just having trouble passing a hairball or something last night. For the time being, I'm going with a wait and see. At the moment she seems okay, though.

Good to hear your kitty's feeling better. I agree that it was a probably really difficult hairball to pass. My boy has hairball problems a lot because he's long-haired.

I'm sorry I didn't see your kitty message last night, but I'm very glad to hear she appears to be doing much better! I've had freakouts before when one of my cats wouldn't eat -- a VERY out-of-character behavior. My vet told me that cats tend to have very sensitive digestive systems and the least little thing can upset them, like if they ate a bug or something. I wish our kitties could tell us exactly how they're feeling.

Good news. Sometimes it is just as simple as an upset tummy or a little bug.

Keep an eye on her though, especially her weight and litter habits. Those are always a red flag.
