They have the season premiere of "The Tudors" up early On Demand. And, though I haven't looked back at Season 2 episodes or gone online to look for cast info, I'm 99.95% certain that they've changed actresses playing Jane Seymour. Even weirder they apparently had her re-enact the Season 2 scenes shown in the "previouslies"... which is odd. Maybe I'm crazy but she really doesn't look or sound like the same actress.

ETA: And looking online, yes, they have changed actresses playing Jane.
