* Citizens United ruling overturned (reducing Dick Armey and Koch Brother demagoguing and astroturfing.)
* Enforcement of anti-trust laws.
* Re-instatement of Glass-Steagall
* A law requiring that derivative trading must be made public and open.
* The elimination of gerrymandering congressional districts.
* A path of recourse for ethics violations on the Supreme Court.
* More vigorous support for separation of church and state.
* History and science left to be written and taught by legitimate historians and scientists rather than the ideologues.
* Murdoch's legal and ethical woes resulting in the sell-off of many of his media properties (with a bonus of a Roger Ailes exit.).
