Apr. 4th, 2004 03:20 pmGakked from Wendy:
1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:
Its cares and bitter crosses
2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
bookcase.
3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Design on a Dime...and ... er... whatever it is on FoodNetwork right now. I'm thinking it's (of all things) Food of the Bible. (?!)
4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what time it is:
2:30pm
5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?:
3:00
6: With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?:
TV in the room with me, TV in the kitchen.
7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?
Yesterday. Bringing in plants so they wouldn't be frost bit.
8: Before you came to this website, what did you look at?
BAPS
9: What are you wearing?
Black t-shirt, army green capri(though sort of cargo looking) pants, white keds
10: Did you dream last night?
Probably. I don't remember.
11: When did you last laugh?
Hmm... probably while watching SNL last night (and yeah, that's weird. Who laughs at SNL any more?)
12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?:
Book case, tack board with pictures from college when I studied in Italy, roses, and ski trips to Colorado and Canada, a framed hand tinted B&W series of photos of Villa Centinale.
13: Seen anything weird lately?:
Just those bizarre creatures in the Quiznos commercials.
14: What do you think of this quiz?:
Same as any other.
15: What is the last film you saw?:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?:
Buy? I'd quit my job first! Then, I think, my parents a new house.
17: Tell me something about you that I don't know:
Er...um...hm... I don't know. I tend to like lavender nail polish? Beats me (and like Wendy, I've never tried pot)
18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?:
Make it impossible for CEOs to exploit companies and screw over their employees.
19: Do you like to dance?:
Used to love doing dance routines when I was a cheerleader (but that was long ago). But these days? I don't really dance.
20: George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?:
I try to avoid discussing politics on-line. But pushing aside any and all political discussion -- He's not evil. He has made mistakes. He has flaws He wasn't my first choice but, still, he's not the frikkin' anti-christ, people.
21a: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?:
21b: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?:
Louise (after my mother), Michael (because I just like the name)... but I'm not really planning on kiddies. I'll stick to being a doting aunt.
22: Would you ever consider living abroad?:
For a short time, not permanently. I've learned that after a few months, I want to return home to the states... more than that, I want the South.
