Idle comments on "Lost":

1) Probably a good think Kate Beckensale-alike didn't go commando on the plane or she'd be stuck on an island bikini-less.
2) I did like that she turned out to be the criminal... though she doesn't seem intimidating enough to actually have been too dangerous. And apparently from the Marshal's comments she is one of those "claims she's innocent" types. I think I would prefer her to be a hardened criminal.
3) Okay, weird creepy guy w/ orange is Lost's Giles. He knows stuff.
4) I like Iraqui-soldier guy. He's cute and endearing.
5) Southern accent guy with a gun who hates Iraqui guy... I'm thinking mortal enemy slash. These two seem destined for buddy movie, if you ask me.
6) Kill the rich blonde girl who sceams... like NOW!

Rich Blonde Girl Who Screams keeps making me think of Paris Hilton. Gaaaah! I really love this show, though. I think pretty much everyone has something dark or weird or just plain creepy going on, and I can't wait to find out.

Oh, hon, he's the new Spike. Totally. He's angular, nasty, angry, an asshole -- yep. He will soon be pining after Criminal Beckinsale Girl, but her heart will forever belong to Ang...er, the Doc. Boo hoo.

Am just waiting for the moment Fury starts tearing SA Guy's (or Jackhole, as cleolinda calls him) fans on "Lost" boards or SciFi Wire. Then I'll know he's arrived.

But word on the mortal-enemy slash -- I can hear fanfic writers flexing their fingers in anticipation as we speak.

And yes, will someone PLEASE kill Whiny Screaming Pedicure girl? Hate her.

I was rooting for Toenail Polish Girl (aka Rich Girl) to be bear fodder.

But Southern Accent Guy is boooooooring. OK, they tossed in a teeny hint at Depth with the letter he was reading and looking upset about, but other than that he's as grating and one-note as Nail Polish Girl. And not all that great an actor, either.

NPG is annoying now, but I've actually got some hope for her, though I'm not exactly sure why.
